The old sliding track is still in place but may need to be removed. • The Goal: Upgrade to wooden bifold doors with handles for a more current look. • Measurements: The opening is 2080mm (Width) x 2340mm (Height). Scope of Work: 1. Remove the existing sliding door tracks. 2. Supply and install a new bifold track system. 3. Install wooden bifold doors (I am happy to discuss if you want me to pre-purchase these from Bunnings or if you can source/supply them, please advise your preference in quote). 4. Settlement crack repair and paint

We are wanting to install a frame and french panels/sliding door to create a 5th room across space pictured. We also require the old bifold doors to be removed and a new modern option installed

I’m replacing my working old kitchen sink with a new stainless steel one, and a new tap and require a licenced plumber for the job 🙂 I have purchased the new hardware, and require a plumber to install them (which may require small parts such a new pipes etc.). The bench top is made of MDF laminate and is quite sturdy, and the new sink was purchased to be the same size as the exisiting one- but there may be slight differences that require the cut out to be trimmed. I am not precious about the paint on the bench-top as I will be repainting it after this job, but don’t want chips/chunks taken out etc. I’d like the water purifier/ filter tap to be capped off and removed as I don’t use that at all. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule for to oversee the job as I am on holidays. Thank you!!
