Patch 1 ceiling hole and 2 wall abrasions. The ceiling hole will need plank of wood attached via roof.

Wooden shutters (on 5 shutters) are not closing, small nails have come out on closing system or wood split. Need an alternative closing rod or system

The door is for an indoor pool area. Needs to be lockable and to automatically swing shut. Dimensions are 75 x 179cm. The job is to remove the old door, supply and install the new one. No painting.

After removal of tall cupboard to make fridge recess, wall needs small amount of patching and painting. The wall is 1.7M long, normal height and runs behind stove which can be moved a little to allow painting behind it. The attached photo is of the area before the cupboard was removed.

Happy 2024. I have a small concrete job and a quote is appreciated. THe concrete base will be used for a garden shed with dimensions 2.6 meter in length, 1.85 meter in width. Not sure about the depth requirement, but believe a minimum of 10 cm. Also there is a well with 1 m diameter in the planned base area. Hence, the total area for the concrete base will be 2.6 x 1.85 - pi/4 = 4.024 square meter. If depth is 10 cm, the total volume is around 0.4 cubic. - Due date: Flexible

I tried to fix a crack in the door but it still doesn’t look right . It’s almost like it needs a sander and repainting . Any advise would be appreciated
