I can travel to you if needed. I have a large umbrella that I use for photography. It has many arms that attach from the central column to the fabric on the edges. One of these arms has disconnected from the fabric of the umbrella. A friend that does not live in Perth has experience with these and said it is a simple fix. He said a replacement rivet needs to be installed so the rod attaches to the mechanism attached to the fabric. I do not own a rivet gun and do not have rivets. My friend said that the rivets are probably sold in large packs where I would only need one. Looking for someone with the tools and know how of how to get the right rivet and to install it. I rather pay someone to fix the umbrella but if too expensive I'll just buy a new one. Listed budget is rough because I have no idea on the price of rivets etc.

We removed a floating shelf and an old electric heater that didn’t work off the wall of our bathroom and it brought some of the plaster off the wall and it needs patching up before I paint over it.i don’t think it’s a very big or time consuming job. I will do the painting after myself.

Hang two external solid core timber doors. This includes chiselling in the hinge and installing the handles. Doors in the image are the old doors. New doors and handles are ready to be installed.

The door is for an indoor pool area. Needs to be lockable and to automatically swing shut. Dimensions are 75 x 179cm. The job is to remove the old door, supply and install the new one. No painting.
