There’s an infestation of small flies in the back bedroom and apparently can happen when there’s a gap in the windows seal. I can’t see anything personally but they must be getting through somehow. It’s on the second floor and it’s a window and fly screen

4 single shelves to stick in the wall , need to drill screws on the wall . And one door self closing to install , there is an old one to take it out first then install a new one !

Top half (not the entire door) of standard size sliding door needs the flyscreen replaced. The door is nearly new. I got locked outside so had to cut it to get back in.

Need someone to install a Master Lock lock box to a brick wall. Comes with instructions and four screws.

Sofa side hinges are loose. Does not open and close properly.

Need 1x slip joint nut on sink drain to be opened so that I can remove the shelf. Need the same slip joint nut to be reinstated again after. It is a plastic nut thus dont want to mishandle it as it might crack if too much force applied.

There is a small tear from my dog biting it and then I cut it out (first pic). I don't have images right now but can get some. Looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. Assemble chandelier 1 x light globe plus several pieces of glass that hook on to chandelier. Already electrically installed. Need a tall ladder or scaffold ladder to access. Chandelier located above a stair landing.

Cut back cracked concrete, to make clean join. Add rust treatment to steel support, then paint prior to minor form work and concreting. Then smoothing and making contour. Yellow sand, Paint and rustomeum available on site. Need a bag of concrete and skills to make simple formwork. Some wood available too.

Fix the oven door which has come off its hinges. One of the hinges is slightly bent.

In the middle of a bathroom renovation, new cornices are going up today and I’m putting the feelers out to see if someone can come and do the painting (ceiling and cornices only) before the bath etc gets installed. Bathroom is approx 3280mm x 1650mm Toilet is approx 2370mm x 900mm. Ceiling is already painted so should hopefully only need a clean and one topcoat to cover over smudges from renovation. Cornices will need primer and two coats. Must use bathroom-specific (ie anti mould) primer and ceiling paint (white). Price I’ve put includes paint cost but let me know if you need me to supply paint. You’ll need to supply other materials too (e.g. tape, anything you need to clean and prep) but we do have a drop sheet and a ladder you can use if that helps. Will post photos this afternoon when cornice installation is complete.

My gate latch is not working- cannot open the latch. It seems like an inner spring or mechanism may have fallen off? This gate also has a lock feature.
