Need written confirmation that the required RCD protection is installed, compliant and working, including coverage of all power point and lighting circuits. Smoke alarms have recently been installed and certified, so this task is for the RCD check only. Please include testing and written confirmation in your quote. Any repairs or replacements to be quoted separately and approved before proceeding. Settlement is in around three weeks, and we need the paperwork at least five business days beforehand.
