Several perspex sheets on patio need replacing. One non-structural pine brace need replacing as the perspex is screwed to these and it is broken. 6 or 7 support beams (pine) need replacing along the edge of the patio as they are rotting. Hi I have 4 Ventair DC skyfans with lights that need installing to a house in Currambine. Two of the rooms already have old ratten ceiling fans which will need removing. I can dispose. The fans will need to be connected to the light switch which from Ventair said you can do this essentially as an isolater for the light. What would the total price be to do all of this?
