Install 2 curtain rods 2 brackets per rod and put 2 screws in wall to hang pictures

My letterbox rusted and broke off, I bought a replacement but I need it fitting. The current pole is still in the ground so that will need to be removed…. Or a new hole made next to it. I don’t have the concrete either so please can you supply
