Find an experienced handyman in Two Rocks

I am needing some spots cleaned up due to dirty marks, also need the bottom of wall cleaned as my house doesn’t have skirting so everytime I mop the walls get dirty all paint will be supplied Plus a small patch on a door needs to be fixed along with the frame. Not willing to pay any more then posted so every listing above my amount will totally be ignored as it’s not a lot that needs to be done. Also if you don’t have 100% raiting I won’t even look at you due to this needing to be done and needing someone reliable as it’s for a vacant clean.

Replace 2 fly screens on 2 doors (fly screen provided). Clean tracks of 3 doors.

We have 4 bathroom mirrors (560x960mm) to install across 2 bathrooms above vanity. 2 of them go onto the tile splash back. 2 are on the plain wall. Note we have brick internal walls with plaster sheets instead of the typical wet plaster. Therefore it requires extra 12-15mm worth of plug to reach the brick.

I require a small storage area ceiling installed including framework before this Sunday its urgent due to selling our house
