One of the drawers in my kitchen will not close and I can’t work out why. If I close it completely, it automatically opens back up a few cm’s. Can’t see anything in the tracks of the drawer and there is no obstruction - would love for this to be fixed! 🙂

I have a home gym that has been taken down into 3 pieces in a office in Wangara, will just need it picked up and transported to banksia grove ( 15 min drive ) and then assembled in the garage, the guy who took it down has moved over east but claims it was a simple put back together the way he has taken it down.

Need an experienced handyman/tradie to install gymnastics rings into the ceiling. Locating the ceiling beam/joist accurately and installing two secure anchor points into the beam. Gymnastics rings and anchor plates are already purchased. Ceiling is standard residential plasterboard with timber beams above. This is a load-bearing installation, so experience with ceiling beams, gym equipment, or similar installs is important. Please bring your own tools.

The current window is a standard single sliding window (approx 2x1m). The black locking clasp has a piece that fell off (that I still have) but all in all it still works/slides. I’d like to fix that piece and make sure the glass is flush when it closes, as it currently sits a bit wonky (probably contributing to the noise leaks to my disgruntled neighbours). I’d also like to implement any other affordable sound proofing measures you can suggest would be effective such as brush / weather strips, acoustic sealant and foam seal etc. If you can offer me a good price for another proven method of sound proofing such as double glazing etc then I’m also open to that. I want to make my room as sound proof as possible without turning it into a recording studio. Any help pointing me in the right direction would truely be appreciated.
