Cornice has detached from ceiling where it meets brick wall. There are water stains on brick below. Need someone to: 1. Check if there’s active roof leak first 2. Re-glue/re-fix cornice with cornice cement 3. Fill + sand cracks, touch up paint Photos attached.

Need someone experienced with sliding/security screen doors to repair or replace the internal handle/locking mechanism on our door. The handle has come off/broken (see photo). Unsure if it can be repaired or if the full handle/lock assembly needs replacing. Please supply all required parts/hardware as I haven’t been able to source the correct replacement from Bunnings Looking for someone familiar with these style aluminium sliding/security doors Please include parts + labour in quote where possible.
