Looking for a handyman/carpenter to fit a new door to an old door frame. All materials to be purchased by me need someone with the tools and know-how to install. It is an older house, built in 1978, so the door frame is not exact (see measurements). It will therefore need to be trimmed and planed a fair amount, hence we will be using a Solid Timber Pine Core (STPC) door, which will also need to use wide throw hinges (happy to re-use existing hardware) so the door can swing past the inside wall, + fitment of door hardware handle + latch assembly.
