Work – Ceiling Repair • Remove and dispose of approx. 1–2 m² of water‑damaged ceiling. • Supply and install new 10mm gyprock to match existing ceiling. • Supply and install 75mm cove cornice around repaired area. • Flush, tape and sand the new sheet and cornice ready for painting. • Seal and patch‑paint the repaired area using ceiling white (British Paints white is fine). • Remove all work‑related rubbish and leave the site tidy. Check the Photo please : Ceiling has a localised collapse of approx. 1–2 m² with visible water‑damage staining. Timber framing appears intact. Standard cut‑out, re‑sheet, re‑cornice, set, sand and paint job.

I need my shower re grouted and replace silicon and if possible two tiles taken from another spot in the bathroom to replace the two tiles that will be removed to install a mixer tap in shower. If can’t take tiles without cracking. I will purchase two tiles to be put in shower by new mixer handle.
