I have a collection of small maintenance/carpentry jobs I’d like sorted around my house: * Replace/repair hinges on a kitchen cupboard door * Sand/adjust bottoms of a couple of doors that are catching * Install/finish floor beading around my home studio * Repair/adjust a bedroom door handle/lock * Sand/finish an existing wall patch in my office, ready for painting * Assess two doors I already have and would like installed if practical. A carpenter previously advised they may be a more involved job, so happy to have these assessed first. * A few other small maintenance jobs if time permits I have recently injured my shoulder and am unable to do any heavy lifting or stretching my arms above head height, so these regular do-it-myself jobs are now requiring outsourcing 🫣 I’m looking for someone experienced in general property maintenance/carpentry who can work through the straightforward jobs and advise me if anything needs a specialist trade. I also have a couple of light fittings needing attention. I understand electrical work requires an appropriately licensed electrician, so these are only included if you have a licensed electrician available.

Need a door installed,old door is off and new door purchased but its around 5mm taller than the old one which only just fit inside the frame so will need to shave that down, hang door and do the cut outs for the handle. Old hinges still on frame and ok to be reused
