We have several cracks over the walls on 3 sides of our extension. It’s not been done right originally now we seeing cracks in the board joints and window frames. Must come out look at the job and quote . My value if entered is a guesstimate. Looking for render over the 3 sides of house . Think it’s got ArcTrex originally.

Need 3 sides of our extension repaired, several cracks where the blue board joints are and next to window frames. Presume ArcTrex has been applied to the extension originally 10y ago but clearly not done properly. Need cracks fixed and patched and where new blue board section have been replaced need them rendered over.

Internal door hung metal frame with original hinges we will supply door and hardware Thanks

Internal wooden door is tight in metal frame on the door lock side. It's tight to close. Need to chisel out hinge recess in door so hinges sit deeper. May need to plane a bit off the door on hinge side. 4 screws on each hinge x 2 to remove door.

Need 15M L x 1.6M H long appox boundry wall rendered. Sand finish Please note guys Wall was rendered but with a bad finish primer was applied to the wall ready to paint Because it doesn't look good decided to re-render it. Kinda got stiched with the first guy. The question I have is wlll the render bond to the primer or paint? We need to consider this . Thanks

Need skytta sliding door installed with a height reducer.

Remove dead lock and install new door handle and dead lock on internal door.

Supply and install new cornice to 12 areas - a hallway, 3 bathrooms, 2 walk in robes, 4 bedrooms, office, tv room, and a stairwell. All old cornice will be already removed prior.

Fix my roller blinds mechanism

Replace the fly screen on windows and doors as per photos. Have some material but will need to supply additional. Some has a bit of bowing to correct

Kitchen sink keeps blocking up. Seems the pipes ate blocked somewhere and need flushing.

Install existing old door handle and lock on already painted and fitted new door. Need to drill holes in collect location etc to get the job done.

The clamp at the bottom of the shower screen needs to be fixed. The Glue or silicon that was holing it has worn away.

Blinds are “bunching up” and slipping out of runners. 5 large blinds in outdoor area.
