Find an experienced handyman in San Remo NSW

Looking for someone to come today or tomorrow to supply and install a new internal bathroom door. Reusing existing hardware (only a few months old). I believe the jamb is slightly out of shape so will require some trimming.

Constructing an Absco 3x3 garden shed on an existing slab from a flat pack. Power for power tools available if needed. Removal of cardboard upon completion. Access to the backyard via the driveway.

A few years ago we had the locks changed on the front and back fly-screen doors. We never really locked the front fly-screen door, but the back one was locked at some stage, and now we can't get it unlocked. None of the keys we have are working. One key seemed to be able to lock and unlock the front fly-screen door with a good wriggle at a certain angle, but doesn't work at all on the back door. I would have thought it should have been the same key for both, as they are they same style door and were done at the same time, but doesn't seem to be the case. Photo is of the style of lock.

Electrician tasks: 1) Install X3 ceiling fans X2 in main and second bedrooms, X1 in living room 2) Check a powerpoint in the laundry that made a fizzy spark last time I tried to use it. I haven't used it since. I have a replacement switch plate if it is needed.

Shower frame is wobbly and not connected after shower glass was removed, needs to be riveted onto wall/silicone attached to the ground, screws missing from joint of frame

I have a automatic roller shutter that has stopped working and it is stuck open. I have had electrician come out and have a look he said that there is power to it but he's not sure about the motor. I need someone to come and open the man hole and override the roller shutter so we can close it for the night for security and also have a look at the motor.

Dog chewed through power chord for water heater. I think the easiest thing would be to strip what is left of the chord and soulder/connect a head to it to avoid having to soulder and reconnect all the interal points but I'm open to hear suggestions. Repair will need to be watertight/proof as the heater sits outside.

I have had a plastic gutter mounted on my deck and it needs to be siliconed again and a few gutter clips to hold it up correctly, also an adapter and a run off tube, need for the water to flow away from my deck need this done on Thursday morning job will not take more than 1.5 hours will pay the extra for the materials needed price is for labour only

I need someone to install a wall hung clothesline, cut a hole in my door and install a doggy door, and cut a hole in my laundry sink for my washing machine water line to feed through. Would be preferrable if the installer could also purchase the clothesline and doggy door from bunnings on their way through (but im happy to if its too much hassle). (Budget excludes cost for clothesline and doggy door if you do purchase, will tack on an extra 50 on top of the costs of products if you can pick them up) - Due date: Before Thursday, 2 November 2023
