Need to do commercial kitchen flooring the old epoxy layers is gone

We have just finished building a hide and seek kids cubby house. It is the marlin model I started painting but don’t have the time. We already have all the paint purchased and ready to go

We are getting painting done, will need every wall and roof of house wiped down and cleaned prepped for painting. House is relatively clean, total of 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 1 kitchen which will need cleaning. To be cleaned: -windows -walls -skirting Photos on Request

Wall will provide a separate storage room in a garage. Approximately 5 metres x 2.5 metres high 4 corners so it won't be straight New wall will need to be sanded and painted. I can provide paint. Floor is concrete and ceiling is existing gyprock Access is good for materials down driveway and into garage. Wall materials, wall studs to be provided by you please. - Due date: Flexible

Painting scope for small 3bedder: *Trim in 3 bedroom, lounge and kitchen *Has 3 Windows, 4 doorframe & doors. *Changing from peach to natural white.

1 internal wall in living room 10m x standard ceiling height to be painted white. Water damage in areas. - Due date: Before Friday, 16 December 2022

Need it done asap Gyprock, plaster, add simple cornices for new kitchen. No sanding or painting. Back wall: 2.4m × 3m Side wall: 1.2 × 3.5 (only bottom half) Ceiling: 3 × 4.6 Kitchen dimensions: 3m × 4.5m. Ceiling height: 2.4m

1. prep work repair and Sand ( walls are in the good condition but have few tiny cracks on the wall. So using filling on top of skirting board might required and use some patch plus primer 2. Painting interior ceilings with Dulux anti mould finish . 3. Painting all interior walls with Dulux wash and ware 4. 1or2X Coat of varnish clear on timber feature wall Note : bedroom doors and main entry are wood .
