Hello, I need an experienced painter or team to help paint my entire house for a refresh before next tenant moves in. It's a 4 bedroom cottage - so the room walls, ceilings (if paint, mould or peeling needs to be smoothed over), along with the hallway, dining and lounge. Paint and basic tools such as rollers, brushes, masking tape, sand paper, sugar soaps will be provided so you wont need to be out of pocket. It's really the experienced labour we are needing help with so new tenants can move in by early June. House is completely empty so the job will be easier to maneuver without worrying about furniture, just need to apply masking tape around the edges, windows etc so the paint job is clean, slick and clean. That said, will you may also need to help prep the repairs such as small dents, sanding back the walls & trims, cleaning the walls after with sugar soap then once its all smooth then you start covering the trims with tape and plastic to commence painting. You can have 5-7 days to paint the entire house so no real pressure in terms of timeline. The real estate agent will assist with access to the house and daily review of the job if you need any assistance, she will be available. We have about $2-2500 budgeted for this job so I understand for those who cannot meet this price and I respect that. Attaching the floor plan and condition of the current house for you to see.
