Quote Request – Interior Painting of 4-Bedroom House Hi, We’re looking for an experienced painter to paint the interior of a 4-bedroom house. I’ll include the photos from Realestate.com.au listing link so you can view the photos and floor plan to get an idea of the size and layout of the property. There are currently people in the house that will be moving out before we move in. Scope of work: * Standard preparation, including sanding, filling minor imperfections and preparing surfaces for painting. * Painting all interior walls in a different colour to the existing walls. * Painting all ceilings. * Painting all doors, including wardrobe doors, in gloss. This includes one sliding double door for lounge, inside of front door, one sliding ensuite door, one sliding door to kitchen, 5 double wardrobe doors, 7 internal doors. * all Window frames and skirting boards in gloss. Most are already painted, one room still has window frames in wood - those need sanding and painting too. The house will be completely empty of furniture, so there will be no furniture to move around during the job. We’re looking at having the work completed in late November, with exact dates to be confirmed. We’d appreciate a quote for the full job, including labour, paint and all other materials. Please also let us know your availability, estimated timeframe for completion. Thanks so much!
