One small bedroom has a new gyprock ceiling in it which will require priming first. The one bathroom just needs 2 coats of paint on the ceiling. House is mostly empty. I am resealing a leaking 1st floor bathroom, which has caused damage to the bathroom door architrave, ground floor ceiling and ground floor door architrave. I am looking to have someone repair and repaint the ceiling and architraves. Ceiling area, for Gyprock replacement, is approx 2.5 sqm and for ceiling painting to a approx 6 sqm.
