I would like to have ceiling with exposed wood to have the ceiling as highest as possible. I have an engineering hand sketch attached in this post. I need 6 beams to put across from one to another rafters prior to applying zyprock. I prefer having nice looking timber as it will be exposed decorating my space. The more cost-effective, the more quick to proceed. You need to provide details of what you will do/what you can do. Ta!

So the offer is for prep and painting the walls and ceilings. Add-ons are adding the pannels (there are 5 120cm pannels) and skirting (about 1500cm length, chopped up and ready to install. Same length as walls). And paint. No need to remove previous skirting, we will be doing that ourselves. I have 12 of these holes total across my living room, kitchen and bathroom after some electrical work was done that I need patching up.

The wall has a hole. I made up the wall by myself, but there is a color difference. So it is necessary to paint the wall so that there is no color difference between that place and the wall.

Painter wanted to paint a feature wall in our living room - preferably on Monday 3-Oct. The wall measures 6.0m wide x 2.6 high.
