Looking for a qualified/licensed plumber and suitably experienced tradesperson to install a sink in a powder room. I want a recessed sink in the wall as no space behind door or in the room. There is a linen closet behind the wall where I want to place the sink, so that’s the reason for putting the sink in a niche, so I can take the room required for the sink from linen closet. All plumbing can be done under house. So pipe work can come up through floor in linen cupboard. There access with approx 700mm crawl space. Outdoor tap is leaking and either needs to be repaired or replaced. Kitchen sink also has a leak from one of the pipes underneath

Bathroom sink is draining slowly, push up sink plug is jammed. Also have a kitchen mixer tap which needs installing - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 5 March 2023
