Description: We require a qualified carpenter or builder to replace an existing external window with a solid wall constructed using timber framing and blueboard sheeting. Current Situation: The existing wall is external and constructed of timber framing and blueboard cement sheeting. There is a rotted timber window frame measuring approximately 1200 mm (W) x 900 mm (H). This window needs to be removed and replaced with new wall framing and blueboard to match the rest of the exterior. Scope Includes: Removal: Remove the existing rotted timber window and frame entirely. Remove and dispose of all waste responsibly. Framing: Supply and install new treated timber framing to fill the window opening. Structural timber to be painted with waterproof membrane (e.g., Bitumen or similar) before joining to existing wall frame. Cladding: Install blueboard cement sheet cladding on both the external and internal sides of the new wall section. Ensure sheets are fixed and sealed to industry standard to match existing cladding. Waterproofing: Apply a waterproof membrane to external sheeting and joints as per standard exterior installation requirements. Finishing: External surface to be rendered and painted in “Ghost Grey” (with texture) to match the existing blueboard render. Internal surface to be flushed, sanded, and painted in “Ghost Gray (no texture)” (matching surrounding interior walls). Optional / Quoted Separately: Painting may be quoted as a separate item. Please provide a quote for painting as part of your offer, or state if excluded. Requirements: Must have experience with exterior blueboard and framing. Must provide own tools and materials (unless agreed otherwise). The window has oneside above a carport and the other side above a stairwell, safe work at heights methods to access the window that is above 2.5 m off the ground are to be used. Must leave the site clean and tidy.

My deck has a plantar box border made out of blue board and then rendered. One section of the blue board is damaged and needs to be replaced.

I am looking for someone to cover under floor by blue board or some other sheets like eve line. There is insulation left as is under floor so need to cover it (adding pic of underfloor). My house is on stumps (some close to 3 mtrs) and its easy under floor access. It's a steel frame house. So Looking for some professional suggestions here as well if there is any other option
