Timber Awning Window has rotted around the corner of the window section where the wind out glass window sits as per images. Need this repaired, I don't think bogging it would do, it will need part of the timber most likely to be replaced . Also needs some repair to the sill where there is about 3 inches of soft timber. I will paint at a later date so supply and repair of items needed to fix window minus paint should be included in quote. This is a ground floor window. Slice the window across horizontally 2/3 up the height of the mirror. Fill in the inbuilt mirror cabinet and the removed mirror space so that it can be plastered over. Essentially the goal is to make window smaller and centred as well as removing the inbuilt mirror cabinet as we wish to hang our own mirror cabinet

Brick up to windows

Chain winder on my windows has started to wear out. 4 of them are worn out. Windows can still be opened so it's just basically replacing them with new ones. Looking online, the winders cost is between $27-$32. Price is for the labour and if someone can get the winders for the cost price and let me know please. Flexible with date time, would be good if this can be done this Friday morning or early next week. See photos.

We had a tradesman put a window in, however he got injured and will no longer be able to finish the job. Request for a quote to please.
