we are seeking approximate quotes to get insulation installed in our roof space. We understand that the quote will depend on size of the roof space, so approximate quotes are acceptable. The size house is a five bedroom and rumpus room single storey. Happy to get quotes to get the whole job done in its entirety including the insulation itself, or quotes for install only and we get the insulation.

Professional cleaning and sanitisation of the roof void — Evidence of a high rodent infestation has been identified, with rat faeces present throughout the entire roof void. A pest control tradesman has already went to the property and found no deceased rodent at the time of inspection. Full removal and replacement of existing insulation — The current insulation is contaminated due to rodent activity (rat faeces and urine) and requires removal and replacement. Please also advise if rodent baiting can be carried out as part of the scope of works, or whether this needs to be arranged separately.

I have 167 Sq. Meter of Rockwool slabs that I need to install in the underfloor of the house in stumps. There is a gap of around 1 meter in the start and reduces gradually.

Hi there! I’m looking for a professional with experience in shed insulation. I need someone to install insulation in my metal garden shed from the brand EasyShed. It is already fully built and is 3.75m x 2.25m with a gable roof. I want to insulate it properly to help control heat and moisture, and I’m open to discussing the best materials and methods (e.g. foam board, reflective foil, spray foam, etc). I like to do my research and understand what’s being used, so good communication is a must. I have a small van (Fiat Doblo) that I want to turn into a basic campervan. I’ve attempted to fit the first 2 layers of insulation and require the following; 1. Cut the final layer of insulation I have here and fit to the van. 2. Cut to size the wood and install the wall panels, flooring and roof. Concrete Brick walls are not covered and cold comes through to the house. Needs to be insulated (probably with metal battens) and then plaster the walls.
