During rain, water is leaking down back of gutter of outdoor area. Noticed no clips along gutter leading to some pooling. No silicon along back of gutter. Need to redirect 2 gutter overflows as well to different locations. Patio being installed soon so need done within a couple of weeks. Will post some photos tomorrow.

I’ve been away for two weeks and have come home to about a 5 cm hole in a bit of guttering at the back of my unit. The courtyard is now filling up with water. Im just looking for a quick emergency fix at this point with a view to replace all the guttering a bit later ($$). Plus like that piece of guttering replaced. I suspect water is leaking through the roof, so I would like someone to come and inspect it and rectify the problem should there be damages to the roof.
