Need help to change the damaged downpipe

I'm looking for a detailed and itemised in-person quote for a new gutter and downpipe install and timber frame demolition. ​Scope of Work: ​Roof Cut-Back & Prep: ​Remove bottom courses of roof tiles along the ~5.2m roof edge as needed. ​Trim rafter tails back flush to the exterior brick wall line (cantilever cut-back). ​Supply and install a new treated timber fascia/back-board along the trimmed rafter ends. ​Gutter & Downpipe Installation: ​Supply and install ~5.2m of Fielders Longline guttering (with stop ends and brackets). ​Re-lay and align removed roof tiles neatly to the new gutter line. ​Supply and install 1 x Colorbond downpipe, connecting cleanly to the new gutter. ​Frame Demolition & Full Site Clean: ​Safely prop, dismantle, and remove the remaining outer timber overhang frame and posts. ​Load and dispose of all job waste (cut timbers, old gutters, discarded tiles, and debris) off-site.

Need someone experienced with Stratco cooldeck patio system to install the gutter and downpipe on existing patio. ( patio already built) materials are on site. - 2 side gutter 3 m each - 1 back gutter 8.4m - 1 front gutter 4.2 m - 2 downpipes You need to bring your power tools and ladder . Looking for someone experienced with residential stormwater drainage to improve drainage from an existing downpipe at the front of my house in Joondanna. The existing downpipe currently discharges at ground level immediately beside the front porch/house (see photos). I would like: - Existing downpipe modified and connected to underground stormwater pipe. - Pipe run into the adjacent mulched garden bed. - Installation of a suitable small soakwell / soakage pit to dispose of the stormwater. - Soakwell positioned an appropriate distance from the house/footings. - Existing established plants and larger roots avoided where reasonably possible. - Existing services in the area to be considered before excavation. Some retic and power to retic in area. Happy for the installer to recommend the most appropriate solution and size based on the roof catchment and available space. A polypropylene soakwell or suitable gravel soakage system would both be considered. Please quote including labour and materials and let me know what drainage solution you propose. I need a down-pipe rectifying - it needs the angle peice to the drain to be cut and extended or a new angle peice putting on.

The downpipe needs to be relocated to the other side of the pillar, facing the rear fence. Ideally, the existing downpipe can be offset/re-routed around the pillar, rather than disconnecting and relocating the roof connection. I’m happy for the pipe to be angled around the pillar as required to achieve this. We have already installed a soak well on the ground at the other side.
