Hi there, I'm looking for someone to repair or replace the gutters on two sides of my house – the east and west sides, each running about 2.7m to the downpipe. The house appears to have settled slightly on one side, so rainwater no longer flows to the downpipes and instead pools at the end of the gutters. The west-side gutter partly runs alongside a patio, which may make replacement a little more complicated. As the gutters are already showing some rust, if the gutters cannot be re-pitched, a full replacement may be an option based on assessment – this was also flagged in the building inspection when we purchased the property. Looking for an experienced guttering/roof plumbing tradesperson to replace a damaged section of gutter (approx 1.70m one side, and 0.90m adjacent) at my house. Scope of works: Remove and dispose of damaged section of gutter. Supply and install matching replacement gutter section. Ensure correct fall and drainage. Seal and secure joins as required. Check for any leaks upon completion. Remove all rubbish and leave area tidy. The existing gutter has become damaged and has holes that are causing water leakage. I need new gutters on half of my one storey house

Looking for an gutter/roof plumber to inspect and advise on gutters and downpipes. House is single-storey but built on an elevated block (8 steps up to entry/deck). * One side: gutters are low and already quickly cleaned * Other side: gutters are high (similar to 2-storey access) – I can’t reach these One Downpipe on high side – outlet sits very low into the drain, which causes leaves to get stuck at the bottom. I currently have to remove debris manually * Need advice if this should be modified (e.g. raised, cut, or different fitting) Also drain that runs under the house – overflows during heavy rain * I tested with a hose in dry weather and it flowed fine, so possibly a capacity or partial blockage issue (Photos of house and gutter heights attached)

I need to get my annual gutter clean done. Double story house. I'd also like to see if you can address the noisy dripping from the downpipes that continues for hours and hours after the rain stops. I have read many home solution ideas like hanging something like rope, chain or fibreglass fishing tape in the downpipe to reduce the dripping. Job would include ensuring it is not a debris issue and then installing something to stop the dripping.

Paint 8 lineal meters of gutter and fascia. I can supply paint. Access is pretty simple off a step ladder. Expecting it’s a couple of hours work?

Appear to have leaks from the gutter to downpipes in 3 places. Not so worried about the make good of the water marks, but to get the leaks resolved and stopped. Keen for quotes hence $123 placed in the budget line. - Due date: Flexible
