The wall-mounted outdoor garden tap is seized and cannot be turned off. The handle is completely stuck even after I applied moderate amount of WD40 and waited for 30mins. I want to replace the tap to a new one. New tap is NOT ready but could be charged later with further discussion and receipt shown.
