Need a plummer asap for bust hot water pipe

Kitchen sink is blocked . Have used a 6m auger and still didn’t unblock

Need to install a new hot water system of same size and brand as old one . Replace old one with new one. Having almost same connections

Bathroom basin - hot and cold water taps and head to be replaced and reinstall basin.

Appears to be 1 or 2 leaking pipes near the mains water supply/ leaks when retic is switched on

1. Leaky tap in Ensuite needs fixed - just a rubber valve replacement 2. Main bathroom fittings replaced with more modern ones. So Handbasin tap and spout, bath taps and spout, shower and shower taps

Install dishwasher under kitchen bench, need the pipes correctly attached etc

Water is coming up from the area under the water supply for reticulation-when the sprinklers are on and is set to run, suspect leak near main house water supply.

Require a water line installed from water line in roof down to fridge in kitchen for our fridge. Fridge is not near sink so water line required to be installed independent to sink water line.

Replace floorboard that was water damaged. Adjoining floorboard has been chipped so may also need replacing. Have replacement floorboards already.

Have 2 shower need tiling, based on the cost this job can be extended to the entire bathrooms .

Replacing breech and new taps in laundry. Retiling the splashback

Remove old vanity, basins and taps (shown on the picture) and replace by new ones. Budget is for labour, we will provide materials once the plumber will have told us the dimensions of the new vanity we need to buy for easier installation. Would prefer a site visit before accepting an offer. Thanks

I need a sponge or something similar installed into the elbow of a downpipe to prevent an annoying metallic dripping sound. I have had the aircon, roof and guttering inspected and there are no blockages or issues at all. It’s just an unfortunately loud drip in one of the downpipes after rain or aircon use. See picture below.

I have a damaged reticulation system, that was cut into in one of the stations to repair a retaining wall. Now none of the stations are working. I need it looked at and quoted. The meter is spinning when I put the test stations on but no water is coming out.
