Our hot water isn't working at all, in all areas of our home. Water is coming through fine from shower/ taps etc, but it's cold water. The switch I believe is meant to be flicked up but stays down? (or the other way around).. either way, if I could please get some quotes from an electrician to fix it. Thank you.

My house has a solahart solar hot water system. In summer the temperature of the hot water from the hot water taps are way too hot (electric element switched off). I want to fix that problem. I believe the solution is to add a tempering valve. I don't think it needs to be a thermostatic tempering valve as I don't need the temp to always be perfect. I just don't want it dangerously hot, but I still don't want it too cold in winter for instance. - Due date: Flexible
