Need help with a new retic system. The pipes and sprinklers have been installed but the sprinkler won’t pop up despite good water pressure. Need advice on setup and sprinkler type.

Need someone to fix my reticulation. There's a retic pipe running underneath the planter box. When turning on the retic, there's water coming out from the retic pipe, so there's a leak in there somewhere or further up the planter box. Need someone who can find the leak and fix, maybe need to pull out the entire retic piping and replace underneath the planter box. Will need to come over and have a look. - Due date: Flexible
