Looking for someone to clear a gutter and downpipe at our home in Paddington. Rain is coming through the ceiling at the top of a timber-clad wall at the back of the house. The downpipe drains slowly in heavy rain, so I think the gutter is overflowing into the wall. • Clear the gutter and the downpipe outlet on the single-storey rear section • Flush the downpipe, and clean the bends at the bottom if they're blocked • Hose test to confirm the leak has stopped Must bring their own ladder and tools. 1. Installation of a lightweight aluminium gutter kit for an outdoor awning, 2.8m long. Requires fixing of supplied rivets and screws, coring of the colourbond gutter for the downpipe and glueing/fixing of pvc fittings to ground. As the awning is adjacent to an alumium pergola, so 2-3 louvres may need to be removed to access the awning properly. 2. Fixing of 2 x brass house numbers to the front wall of the house. Needs drilling into brick and services check 3. About 8 x coat hooks (each with 2 screws) to be installed throughout the house, some behind timber doors, some into brick in the hallway. Services check needed for the hallway 4. Fixing of a 20m hoselink hosereel in the front garden. Will require 4 x drill holes and services check 5. Fixing of 1 x small aluminium ikea outdoor cupboard on top of an identical one. We will assemble the unit, just need help to fix the top one to the wall.

We have water leaking/overflowing from the gutter/roof area above a small covered patio and running down the exterior wall. It has been happening for some time and is now causing green algae/mould staining on the stone patio below. There are also water marks down the wall. We’re looking for someone experienced with gutters, roof drainage and waterproofing to: Inspect and identify exactly where the water is coming from Check the gutter, joins, flashing and downpipe/drainage in this area Repair/seal the source of the leak so water drains correctly rather than down the wall Ideally clean the affected gutter while you’re there Advise if any further waterproofing or repair is required The area is on the ground floor but the gutter is above head height, so you’ll need your own ladder and equipment. REPAIR FRONT GUTTER WHERE IT HITS THE WALL AND PASSES TO THE NEIGHBOURS GUTTER AND DP. ITS A NEWISH GUTTER, BUT THERE IS A JOINT FALURE TO THE PARAPET WALL, WHERE THE GUTTER RUNS THROUGH TO JOIN WITH THE NEIGHBOURS GUTTERING. Downpipe blocked from leaves. Need downpipe unblocked and mesh/guard installed in gutters for 10 metres (L shaped). Two storey house so will need a tall ladder.

Job description: Installation of: 2 lengths of quad gutter (black) at 4200mm & 1800mm with down pipe as existing. Timber barge board to be replaced as well as barge capping. Like for like as per photos Just need a quote then can go from there.

I will need to someone to replace one meter of the old gutter for me! It is high up.
