REPAIR FRONT GUTTER WHERE IT HITS THE WALL AND PASSES TO THE NEIGHBOURS GUTTER AND DP. ITS A NEWISH GUTTER, BUT THERE IS A JOINT FALURE TO THE PARAPET WALL, WHERE THE GUTTER RUNS THROUGH TO JOIN WITH THE NEIGHBOURS GUTTERING. SO IT REQUIRES A LITTLE MORE CARE THAN JUST THROWING SOME SEALANT AT IT. ITS THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE FRONT GUTTER IN THE PHOTO FROM THE STREET. A LONG LADDER IS REQUIRED FOR ACCESS.

Downpipe blocked from leaves. Need downpipe unblocked and mesh/guard installed in gutters for 10 metres (L shaped). Two storey house so will need a tall ladder.
