The down pipe is a corner piece - it appears that it’s leaking from the top join at the guttering, and running down to the bottom of the pipe bend and dripping to the ground. Probably Needs new pipe corner and sealing up to stop the leak. It’s approximately 6 metres high. See photos

I need an experienced handy person to act on a building inspection report in addressing problem areas of a 3 br house. This includes gutter cleaning, some rubbish removal, cleaning of external surfaces, and repair of some wooden framework. Looking for an EXPERIENCED painter to paint the windows, gutter, fascia, carport. It’s on a brick house, so no walls. Will need to be pressure cleaned first, and only minimal scraping and sanding.
