Basically, our water tank and pump is incredibly loud in the room it’s installed outside of. Our toilets are connected to it, so when the toilet flushes the pump activates causing the whole room to vibrate and make a loud hum. I need someone to take a look and see if there is a fix/solution to the noise, and to tell me if it’s normal or if it’s been installed incorrectly. If there is an issue or a way to fix the noise, I’d like this to be done. I also know nothing about water tanks, so a run down of maintenance requirements, how to use the pump, etc would be amazing. Price is for call-out fee and knowledge. If an actual fix needs to occur I am happy to negotiate further payment inline with what is required.

There is a water leak somewhere near the shower in the bathroom, sounds like a fitting or pin hole in behind the taps, it’s leaking out from behind the skirting onto the floor

Leaking kitchen tap! I currently have a mixer tap installed in my kitchen sink. I was looking at Estilo 35mm Chrome Side Lever Pull Down Sink Mixer from bunnings. And wondering what the quote would be to install it. Im happy to get the tap from bunnings. Or my other option is Estilo 35mm Chrome Serena Lever Sink Mixer. Also wondering what the quote would be to install this one if i get the tap myself.
