Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair/replace damaged gutter and downpipe sections at my single-storey house. There are 3 separate areas around the house: * Two areas have rusted/damaged gutter sections. * One area has a damaged/rusted downpipe. * Only the damaged sections need to be replaced, not the entire gutter/downpipe system. Looking for someone to supply the materials and complete the replacement. I’d like to get the job done as soon as possible.

Its a single story property located in Kallangur. The tile roof needs pressure wash cleaning to clear the moss and mould build-up (over time). Few tiles might need to be replaced ( i can source them) and the gutter is leaking at couple of places and might need to clean and restore. One portion of tile roof is roof is covered by 20 solar panels approx. No need to dismantle or remove these panels. Recently, the kitchen skylite started to drip water after heavy rain, I am open to consider reasonable options to fix the leak as well as to plaster, sand and repaint the minimum portion of interior kitchen roof (see last pic ) Open to consider reasonable options and offers. Require supply and install 5m gutter for pergola and downpipe to attach to already existing stormwater. Suit Handyman for ongoing rental maintence.

About 2m of the existing gutter is rusted and leaking. It will need replacing.

The gutter overflows above the entrance stairs in heavy rain. Needs to be realigned to flow in the correct direction (or overflow somewhere else!)

About 15m of gutter on rear of a 2 storey house (over the deck, full side and rear access). It's got sag and rust issues, needs to be replaced. Water is no longer reaching the downpipe, it's overtopping

Has a minor leaking gutter which has caused decay in the fascia board, has been an issue for a few years now and the time has come to do something about it!
