Corner gutter above kitchen has dropped and needs re-aligning in order to flow properly towards downpipe, located towards the house (see pic)

This task requires work on ladder. I need a part of my roof gutter re-aligned (or a flap to be installed) as there is a gap between roof and gutter through which water comes down the wall. I will also need a waterproof membrane (a liquid DPM) applied to the white part of the wall (please see pic) about 1m30 wide, from roof to the ground including the decorative corner "tiles". I will provide the paint. Work to be conducted on a weekend, flexible which one (wall has to be dry so the date will be weather dependent). Work based in Ashford, Surrey. Our drainpipe has become loose from the guttering below the roof of the front of our house. Means water is pouring down our wall. Needs someone with a tall ladder and handyman skills to to re-secure the drainpipe. Should be a quick job.

Leaking from one joint on gutter

Leak possibly coming from soffit/gutter. Noticed it as leak is now seeping through the window into the inside. Not sure what needs repairing, however, if you can assess first we can do a second task for repair.

Hello, We need an experienced contractor to take a look at our roof, guttering and the wooden facia and deal with the underlying issue once it has been identified. There is mould in a small corner of the bedroom as well as water marks on the bedroom wall (without it actually being wet). The mould has not become worse but we need to address the root cause. After the external issue has been dealt with we need someone to clean up the mould in the corner of the bedroom and ‘seal’ it up to prevent it reoccurring. Potentially adding a damp proof layer if the contractor thinks its beneficial. Please note: The Roof is quite high up so an extendible ladder is a must.
