Reaffix/tighten our TV ariel, located on our flat roof. The pole is fixed to a bracket on a small vertical wall. There was a lot of wind recently and the pole came loose. We can't see the bracket, but expect it to have vibrated open. See the image, the pole should be vertical, it is currently listing at 45 degrees. We are flexible on the day that the work is done, so long as it is undertaken between 15-19 April Tasker must have extension ladders to gain access from the roof of the ground floor (above kitchen) to the roof of the second floor (main roof of home). The flat roof above the kitchen is where the ladders can be placed to reach to flat roof on the top of the house.

Have a flat roof which is leaking need it sealed with liquid. Sealant already had a few people look at it, the flat roof would need a 3 stack ladder to get to.

- Clean/repair existing felt to flat roof complete with upstand (8.5m²). - Remove existing capping stones to parapet wall and install new with compo. - Remove existing disorientated brickwork to rear gable and rebuild (allowance for removal of 1st row of roof tiles and re-bedding). - Replace existing fascia and guttering with black plastic. - Check led flashing and joint around chimney for possible source of leak. - Repointing of some bricks and some brickwork to side of front door.
