Looking for a reliable handyperson to assist with the following: 1. insulating drafty windows, especially in the lounge but also 3 bedrooms through any/all of the following methods: - adding / replacing window seals - applying window film (you would need to clean the windows prior to application) - filling any holes / gaps around the window frames with expanding foam or other appropriate solution 2. fixing doors / windows which won't close / open properly - my tenants reported the following: Windows and doors: 1. Big windows in living room are drafty/ one does not close properly 2. Back doors to garden don't shut properly. The lock works but it seems that the doors don't fit the frames anymore so can't be fully closed (this is our priority as it's a security issue as well) 3. Bedroom window at the back of the house is drafty (it would be great to still be able to open this instead of sealing shut as it gets very hot in this room in summer.) 4. Door knob on bedroom at the back of the house often comes off the latch, meaning the room is locked and needs to be opened with a card. Hi I have edited this post as I realise its causing slight confusion I attempted yesterday to put my sofa out there is only a few stairs I kinda slid it down it was fine until, the bend then it got stuck I don't need if taking away just putting outside hence the price I was offering .there is literally just 3 steps then it's out the door .
