I would like to get: - four pictures with sawtooth hangers mounted on what I believe is a plastered masonry wall (positions are already marked but I don't have fixings) - a hosepipe mounted to a masonry wall (positions marked, I have fixings) - 3cm sawed off the top of a stainless steel tube of a parasol base (1mm thick) - Two bathroom taps tightened to stop the tap bodies rotating when the handles are turned. Access is via the cupboard beneath the sink and is a little awkward.

The two blinds on the flat are broken. the string must be stuck.

The toilet seat on the flat is broken and needs replacement.

Need flooring put in and skirting board where a fireplace used to be, doesn’t need to match up. Quick fix
