Find a professional local handyman in Cardiff

Had a damp wall problem. Hole was cut into wall to investigate problem. That's now been remedied but there's still a hole in the wall the size of a mobile phone that I need fixing. I'm looking for someone who knows what they're doing and a recommendation of how to proceed. Either: 1) Repair the hole that's there. 2) Cut the stained damp plaster away and redo a larger portion of the wall. 3) Something else. I have paint for the wall (and can get stain removing primer too - if you have a recommendation I'm all ears) so if you're also willing to paint and hide the stain I'd be willing to pay extra for that work on top of this. State in your job offer if you're able to do that and what you need. No idea of price so I'm putting £60 as the baseline. Willing to pay more for experience and scale of the job. Need this done ASAP, ideally by mid-October. This is now holding up a house sale.
