I have this very old bathroom in my room. 1. I'd like to install a fitted cabinet under this sink, maybe replace the sink. 2. Replace 1 tile that felt 3. Also the wood behind the toilet is horrible, I'd like an advise if painting is enough or what would be recommended. There is a smell coming from somewhere and I hope it helps. After a recent painting job, the windows (wooden frames) are stuck shut. They need opening by cutting the paint between window and frame, and then making good. There are approx 14 windows that need opening on 3 storeys (ground, first and second floors) of a Victorian property. It shouldn't take long but tall ladders will be needed.
