My landlady bought a DBL M08 4230: VELUX basic blackout blind for the skylight in my bedroom. She told me to install it myself but I've tried (with a screwdriver, electric screwdriver etc.) and can't figure it out. Also, the suspension cord on one of the smaller blinds has worn out or come loose too. I’ve managed to fix it in place but it only half closes. I’m confident this can be fixed by someone with a bit more know-how than me (I’ve tried looking it up, it looks as though fixing it may require taking the blind off and I didn’t want to end up not being able to reinstall it), although the cord may need replacing.

Existing motorised blinds use Somfy motors but the original remote control is missing. Looking for someone familiar with Somfy systems to identify the setup and either pair a replacement remote or install a compatible wall control switch. Blinds are powered and operational. Photos attached.

I need this hole in my drywall fixed, and the tiles re-fitted. I'd estimate the entire area that would need to be cut out between studs is around 80cm in width and 75cm in height. I still have the tiles that have come off and they aren't damaged. Aside from the tiles which I already have, I'd need the materials to be provided as part of the job. There is free parking in a carpark at the front of the building, however, the vehicle would need to be able to fit under an archway, smaller vans do fit through but a large van wouldn't fit.
