Install Fire boards into the inside of cupboard doors (x4) Install locks in kitchen cupboards and intumescent strips. Cupboards house electric & gas meter and fuse boards. Large cupboard door and smaller cupboard above both with double doors. FB2 locks and 30 minute rated fire board needed - 2x 2.44m by 1.22m boards.

Fix one sliding door from a wardrobe. Replace 3 spotlight lightbulbs.

Drill 6 holes using a 6mm drill bit and fix shelves using the plugs and screws provided, the screws need to be flush with the walls (the walls are brick/ concrete)

I removed a under counter fridge from the cupboard but the cupboard door was attached to the fridge not the unit so I need someone to attach a hinge to the cupboard and the door and hang the door

Looking to have 6 exterior timber windows sanded, primed and painted. Ours is the yellow house and we own the first floor (not the ground floor). See images below for 5 of them, the 6th window is a similar size and very easily accessible (but I don't have a picture of it). In order of priority: 1) A loose tap on kitchen sink needs someone with an appropriate box spanner to tighten the nuts underneath the sink. 2) An outside window needs 12 mil pvc trim to be siliconed in from a ladder. It’s 10 feet off the ground. I have the pvc trim. 3) There are two spotlights in the kitchen ceiling that need the bulbs replaced and transformers inserted.
