Hi, our water tank and cylinder are in a small storage space above our bathroom. You will require a large ladder to access it (i recommend a telescopic one). do not apply unless you have a very tall ladder or telescopic one. The space is also likely to be dusty, and may have lead dust/fragments in it, so we recommend a mask. We need help with 2-3 tasks in the space. The third task is optional, and may be better suited to another tasker First, the space is full of insulation that isn't doing much and needs to be removed. Due to dust allergies (and the possible presence of lead dust in the insulation) we would request that the insulation is put into bags before it's taken out of the space. Once the insulation has been reomved from the flat, we then want someone to hoover the space. A proper shop vac is needed to ensure all dust (and possible lead dust) is safely removed. We will want to vet the hoover to ensure before the job starts to ensure it will properly hoover up the dust without particalising the dust. Finally, we want someone to paint a horizontal pillar at the top of the space. This the pillar we're worried about having lead paint on. it is flaking and needs a few layers of paint (which we'll supply) to seal in anything damaging. In doing all this you'll need to be careful to not damage any of the pipes/tanks in the space. Happy to provide pictures if useful

Please help to repair an indoor door which is misaligned from the screws in door frame hinge seem to be stripped and are coming out, making the door misaligned and unable to close properly. The screws are loose and stripped and keeps coming loose. We tried to use polyfiller to fill the holes but the fix did not work. Looking for handy person to fix the misalignment and door hinge screws. This may require additional tools (i.e. drill tool and wooden dowels, hand saw)

Tiles need replacing as disintegrating - add felt layer . Inside ceiling either needs replacing or covering. Red tiles will need replacing, can match the tiles on the right overhang or the roof opposite as we are in a conservation area. Neighbour's shed/tiles separated by concrete indicated by arrow in photo. Appoximately 8 x 16 of these small red tiles which can be replaced with larger tiles. Photos of the inside ceiling attached. Would a false ceiling to cover this to let it dry out be an option? I am home on Wednesday27th then 3rd and 5th.6th & 7th April for viewing.
