Looking for someone experienced with vinyl/window graphic installation for a pop-up event in Kensington this Friday. The vinyl will already be printed — we only need installation. Job includes: 1 main window vinyl application (240cm × 250cm) 1 overhead vinyl/logo application (260cm × 65cm) Important notes: We still want visibility into the store, so this is not a full blackout window wrap. Installation location: 96 Kensington High Street, W8 4SG Preferred installation time: Friday morning/early afternoon (ideally completed by 3PM) Temporary installation only — vinyl will need to be removable afterward without damaging the windows. We are looking to have some wall damage (a small hole and multiple scrapes) caused by movers repaired and painted in our hallway. We have the wall paint. Then if you have time we would like the hallway skirting and part of the stairway from the hallway repainted or touched up in white. Just fyi the carpet on the stairs will be replaced after the job is done. We estimate the job to be 3-4 hours and will be happy with what good work you can do in that amount of time.

All work must be done carefully — no damage to oak floors, doors, or remaining fixtures. Building management requires advance notice for large item removals — I will coordinate access. Skirting profile must be matched precisely — see close-up photo. If exact profile is unavailable off the shelf, custom routing may be needed. Must be completed before 23 May.

The issue is at the top edge and sides of the external window frame, where sealant/render has failed, allowing water ingress. Our blind need to repair because one of the main strings has broken

Hello. I had an airbnb guest and they pulled too hard on the blind such that the cords got disconnected. I have the Renaissance Cassette Roman Blind System. I have now take the mechanism off the wall and remove the blind from the velcro strip on the mechanism. The cords look like they are stuck inside the mechanism. And the little plastic parts that go on the back of the blind to attach the string have 'popped' off. I attach some photos.

We have some mice in the flat. The kitchen and bathroom seem to have holes where they are coming in and out from. Maybe living area too.These places need thorough inspection and blocking up with metal mesh. We also require installation of door blockers / Door pest proofers for 4 doors. Main focus should be on proofing due to flat being on the ground level (ground floor). You may need to move washing machine and other appliances/furnitures to see behind for checking holes behind. Need patience and experiences. We have the metal mesh for stuffing holes and areas but the door stopper needs to be bought/provided.
