I need to replace some door handles at my address (8 doors in total). I want the knob type twist to open handles instead of the pull down handles that are already there.

Currently the area around my kitchen sink is bare and ugly. I want to put up new shelves and lighting to make it prettier. I am looking for someone to help me choose nice pieces for the wall (which I can order and pay for separately, from somewhere like Ikea/John Lewis/Wayfair etc), and to come and install them.

General handyman work including fitting electrics as and when needed.

A few bits around our flat which need fixing, including: 1) Leaky tap - dripping from the nozzle (see attached photo) 2) 1 door handle, and one cabinet hinge has broken off which need reattaching (see attached photos) 3) one bathroom light and one bedroom light which won’t turn on. They both have new bulbs but still won’t turn on.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman/electrician for two small but specific jobs. I’d prefer someone who is confident with both cabinetry adjustments and minor electrical work. Job 1 – Integrated Fridge Door Fix I have an integrated fridge built into a cupboard unit. The cupboard door that’s mounted onto the fridge has come off and needs to be properly reattached and aligned. The hinges and fixings may need checking or replacing to ensure it’s secure and sits flush again. I can provide photos in advance. Job 2 – Built-in Spotlights (Electrical) I have recessed ceiling spotlights (wired-in units, not simple twist-and-remove bulbs): Kitchen: One unit has failed completely and needs full replacement (not just a bulb swap). Bedroom: One spotlight is flickering and likely needs diagnosis (possible driver/connection issue or replacement). Additional notes: Please bring appropriate tools and any common replacement parts (or advise in advance if specific parts are needed). Looking for someone who can properly diagnose rather than trial-and-error fixes. Please only respond if you have experience with integrated appliances and fixed lighting systems. Job is to wire a small children’s lamp which currently has no wiring/bulb. This is a night light, so need a v small, warm bulb (orange or yellow) which doesn’t get too hot, and a wire with in line switch and plug attached. Plain white is fine but if there are other options I’d like to see, as it’s a vintage lamp. I’m happy to order materials, or this quote could be for materials included.

Hang 4x floating shelves on wall

I need help painting. I can paint with you to make it quicker but I am an amateur. I have all the supplies and don’t need a professional but I do need help. I need kitchen and living room painted. Could potentially be done in 1 day. 1 and a half days maximum.

Basic Repair to Roman Blind in bedroom

Hi, my bedhead is attached to the bed using four wooden supports, but they have broken and need repair. I am looking for someone who can help reattach or glue the wooden parts securely. Please bring suitable tools and strong wood glue or fixings.

Blocked sink needs plumber to come to fix

Our kitchen sink is constantly getting clogged and then water fills the basin and is very slow to clear. Every time we clear it, it gets clogged up again, especially after we use the washing machine. We've had a number of plumbers come and work on it, and we've tried many things ourselves, but we haven't found a permanent fix yet. We've done suctioning/vacuuming, using air pressure/pumping with plungers to clear the pipes, using a snake from ScrewFix, and trying draino made from caustic soda. And lots and lots of vinegar (and sometimes with baking soda). We have a strainer that catches food from going down the sink, so I don't think it's food related. We are also careful not to put oil down the sink. We believe it's somehow related to the washing machine, but unsure how. The problem started not long after we had a new washing machine installed. Anyways, we're looking for an expert drainage specialist with the necessary equipment to see where the the blockage is occurring, help us understand what is causing it, and permanently clearing it and stopping it from occurring again.
