Task 1 Need professional electrician to help install a ceiling light in each of the two bedrooms. Ceiling light model: Philips Hue White and Colour Ambiance Surimu Smart LED Rectangle Panel Ceiling Light Currently there are basic lighting pendants where the new panel light’s bracket needs to be mounted with four screws (see attached photo which shows the panel light’s bracket, photo source: hueblog.com). It is a new build flat with ceiling height 2.5m. The new ceiling panel light weighs 10kg. Much appreciate if you could evaluate and explain the ceiling material if it is plaster or concrete with your experience in order to securely fit a light of this weight. Please advise if it's necessary to move the bed, currently positioned beneath the ceiling light. Task 2 Need putting up ceiling curtain tracks, two tracks for living room (2.9m each), two tracks for master bedroom (1.12m each) and one track (0.97m) for guest bedroom. Ceiling curtain track modal: Slient Gliss 6820 Task 3 Need replacing silicon around one bathtub. I can provide the silicon and caulking gun. You will need to bring all equipment needed to do the job and reach the ceiling. The installation needs to be completed tidy. Please keep carpet clean. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 24 May 2023
