Hello, I have some sagging in the dining room and in the next room some flooring against the internal wall has dropped. I would like to better understand the issue and a quote for the work please.

One of the hinges in the cupboard door was loose so we took the door off and put a plate on to support it. We now can’t get the hinge/cupboard door back on and we might need to reposition the hinge. Or it might be an easy fix. Just can’t get it hooked back on. Need it done today asap as it’s in a shop and we can’t be missing a cupboard door at the weekend.

I need to put a mirror in this frame and change one of the screw between the mirror and the other side., because one of the screw that fixed the two pieces is broken and stuck inside, so I need to remove the broken one and put another one to fix the two pieces ,, could you please tell me if this OK to do ,,and how long time it needs and how much it will cost please.
