Hi, my Pre Tenancy clean is needed asap. It will not be too involved as there has been new lino flooring laid in 90% of the property. However it has also been empty for 9 months. It is also a property located on the corner of a busy street so outside windows and frontage need a thorough clean. The inside windows and surrounds need cleaning so that curtains can be installed for privacy. If possible the outside may be more efficient with a pressure wash.
