Have paintings on walls that will need a very long ladder ( 10 meter walls) that have small nails to hang paintings on in them and need the holes to be sealed sanded and then painted so you can see them.

I need my lock chaged, I do not have the new lock.

I'm looking to have one mirror hung on the wall. A mount is already in the wall but would probably need another one as the mirror is heavy (approx 11-12kg). D-rings are on the back already so essentially the job would be putting wire on the back and potentially another mount if necessary. Please send reasonable offers near my suggested price.

Hi, Please read carefully. Experienced electrician required. We have two wall laps that we want to mount on the wall. The will go on either side. We do not want the cords exposed and therefore the cords need to be fed through behind the wall to make wiring invisible. Also, to consider the lamps have switches which we need to hide but then question is how will we be able to turn on / off lights - a possibility is that we takeoff that mechanism and use the mains to turn on/off? This is something you need to consider and discuss with me beforehand. The wall is a stud wall.
