Hi, I’ve bought a GORNATION Large Outdoor wall-mounted pull-up bar that I need professionally installed on an exterior brick wall in Leytonstone, E11. It’s for calisthenics, including pull-ups, muscle-ups and other dynamic movements, so I need it installed as a proper load-bearing fixing, not just general wall mounting.

Undermount kitchen sink is currently out. I need it resealed, clipped back up under the worktop, and the waste reconnected. Please include all parts in your quote but I think you only need some silicone! What’s involved: • Remove remaining old silicone from the sink rim and the underside of the worktop probably with methylated spirits or something similar (previous installer used an excess — I’ve already scraped off most of it) • Reseal and refit the sink, tighten the undermount clips • Reconnect the trap and the 40mm waste pipe (multifit coupling already bought) • Test for leaks Sealant is supplied — I have CT1 and a small bit of UniBond Bath & Kitchen left (not enough) which you can also use. I’d guess 1–2 hours. Please tell me how you’d approach the old sealant removal, since a bad prep job is what caused this in the first place.

Change 6 smoke alarms which are hard wired and install 4 new smoke alarms using the ceiling light connection just next to the light connection no chasing etc
