Need to fix my baby gate

I really need to get my baby gate done

Keeps flickering on and off

Tv crack on the side of screen not smashed just the screen.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors and runners floor and ceiling

Piston rings need replacing

Door panel is off handle and and electric window switch is off but window won't lift and we just want it shut permanently unless it can be fixed cheaply

Fitting bathroom cabinet and 5 Window blinds

To fell over and screen smashed and damaged. Would this be able to be replaced or fixed. How much would this be. Picture below. Thanks
