I need living room and hallway painted, this will need some furniture being moved. Then wallpaper living room & hallway, put up Dado rail. Put up new curtains

I have creaking floor boards on the landing & just as you go into the ensuite. When you walk over, you hear them under your feet. The house is 5 years old - Due date: Flexible

Wall does have slight mould.

300 square meter interior cold room, it is a factory for production of paper straws. The ceiling needs cleaning once a year.
