Please do not bid if you cannot complete this job by Friday the 27th. Apply sugar soap on the walls to clear any grease. Sand the walls. Sand the woodwork. Paint the following rooms: tiny entrance hall way, living room, staircase wall to landing, landing. 2 coats of paint. Paint the skirtings and the woodwork of the staircase including the spindles. If the woodwork and skirtings have been previously painted with an oil based paint, they will need to be primed first, if not you’ll need to apply 2 coats of paint. Touch ups. A few holes from shelves and paintings that were on the wall. 30cm of chased wall to run cables for the thermostat. These will require filling. Make good any small dents or marks from nails etc. All of the furniture have been moved at the centre of the living room. They should be covered as well the floor, carpets up the staircase and landing. All areas are clear of any furniture fixings etc, ready to be painted.
